Celtic Flame is a love song, but for who or what? It conjures up a passion for Cornwall but is it for anyone in particular? In fact, it could relate to any celtic part of this isle or perhaps Brittany.
The title of the song was inspired from a well-known Cornish anthem, “Hail to the Homeland” which was written by Pearce Gilbert who, unbeknown to Simon Wrench who instigated the song, was actually Steve Gilbert’s uncle.
