Written by one of our cider-swilling band members, the song is all about those people who live in Cornwall but have to work far beyond the Tamar where the money is. They spend the working week counting down to Friday when they can head back down the A30 to their home and family.
Since lockdown, this may have become less relevant as so many have decided to work from home!
Ijaz himself, no longer works away and has become a blessed cheesemaker producing Cornish feta cheese from The Dizzard.
